The AMPA PARAPANDA, with funding from the Granada Provincial Council and the collaboration of the CEIP Gran Capitán and the Íllora City Council, promotes an educational tourism project where, through a system of
multilingual audio guides and QR codes, you can learn the history of the main places and monuments of the municipality of Íllora in the voices of the students of the schools.
The main objectives of the project are:
– Promote the interest of students in the historical and cultural heritage of Íllora.
– Allow students to participate in the tourist development of the locality.
– Promote the importance of tourist visits not only for Spaniards, but also for Francophone or Anglophone people.
– Help students to understand the historical importance of the town and its influence over the centuries to develop the current tourist activity in the area.
– Make it possible for both the educational community and the Local Entity to play a leading role in the creation of the Project.
– Assess the scope of new technologies and social networks today.
– Discover biographies of women who have played an important role in the history of Íllora.
